The Plan

0 down 45 to go

As of this morning, I weighed 215 pounds. My objective is to loose 45 pounds from this point to reach 170 lbs by dec 5 2009, my next birthday. This is going to be an all out effort from this moment till I reach my goal. I have a plan to get there and it is big.  I will flesh out the details as we go and post the updates only once a week on sunday. 

This week's plan:

1. Find a Personal Trainer

I am looking for a personal trainer to set me on a solid footing on this journey. A place called fitness Together looks promising but it is little on the expensive side. I am still waiting for an appointment to tour the facility and will join it if the price is reasonable.

2. Stick to a sub, soup and salad diet.

This whole week I will try to stick to a 6" sub in the afternoon and a soup and salad for the dinner.
