This week's plan:
1. Find a Personal Trainer
I am looking for a personal trainer to set me on a solid footing on this journey. A place called fitness Together looks promising but it is little on the expensive side. I am still waiting for an appointment to tour the facility and will join it if the price is reasonable.
2. Stick to a sub, soup and salad diet.
This whole week I will try to stick to a 6" sub in the afternoon and a soup and salad for the dinner.
I will let you know how it went next sunday.
